What we collect

When you use the quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or town, the type of service, and the details you describe about the mold or water problem. When you call, we receive your phone number and what you tell us on the call.

Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location based on your IP address.

How the form works

The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare may process technical signals from your browser for that check. Submitted requests are delivered by Cloudflare email delivery to the site operator.

How we use and share it

• To get you quotes. Your request is shared with independent mold inspection and remediation companies that serve your area, so they can contact you about it. Those companies use your information under their own privacy practices.
• To follow up. With the consent you give on the form, we or the matched companies may call, text or email you about your request. Calls and texts from us identify NOLA Mold Remediation, and we honor requests to stop.
• To run the site. We use technical data to keep the site working, block spam and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that may quote your job, with service providers that help run the site, or when the law requires it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and processes data under Google's own privacy terms. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests as long as needed to pass them along, follow up and keep basic business records, and then delete them.

Your choices

• Stop contact. Reply STOP to a text from us, or tell the caller you want no more calls.
• Delete your request. Send a note through the quote form with the same name and phone number and ask for deletion. We will delete our copy. Companies that already received your request keep their own records, so contact them as well.
• Ask a question. Use the same form and say it's a privacy question.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home or rental. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
